The formula is consistent: full kitchen, in unit washer, housekeeping included, which is a combination the barrio's converted buildings rarely manage all at once. At 9.4 across 306 stays it is the best evidenced property in our Chueca set by a distance.
One correction we made during curation. Expedia files this under Recoletos and it was originally shortlisted for our Retiro page on a distance reading. The address is Calle del Almirante 17, which is Justicia, on the Chueca side of the Paseo de Recoletos. We have filed it where it actually is. It is a ten minute walk to the Prado and about twenty to Retiro Park.
