This opened at $199 a night for our September sample, the cheapest apartment in the entire batch, and it still includes a full kitchen, a washer and paid parking on site. Units sleep four to six. On price per person for a group, nothing else here comes close.
The trade is the address. Paseo Imperial 3 sits just southwest of Puerta de Toledo, on the edge where La Latina gives way to the Imperial district and Madrid Río. You are about ten minutes on foot from the Rastro and the La Latina bar streets rather than in the middle of them, and the immediate surroundings are residential rather than picturesque.
